Every wine we work with undergoes a strict quality check before it even reaches our facilities. In wine purchasing and cellar management, a team of experienced oenologists and cellar masters monitors each wine throughout its maturation process. In our in-house laboratory, further sensory, analytical, and microbiological tests are carried out to ensure excellence.
Our winery is equipped with cutting-edge technology to ensure hygienic, gentle bottling — preserving the full aroma and integrity of each wine. Only after passing all inspections do our wines leave our cellars.
We adhere to internationally recognized quality assurance standards, verified regularly by independent certification bodies — providing the foundation for globally trusted certification.
Our processes, including product manufacturing, product testing, and the handling of customer complaints, are audited annually. We consistently achieve top marks in these assessments.
The organic certification guarantees that the products are made in accordance with the standards of organic farming. The vegan label confirms that the products are free from animal-derived ingredients. Fairtrade refers to a regulated trading system in which producers receive a minimum price for their goods, determined by a recognized Fairtrade organization. The Demeter label stands for biodynamic agriculture, which follows strict ecological and ethical standards.
